2004 Ford Explorer - Best Used Vehicle I've owned
It is a beautiful vehicle with a nice interior and lots of bells and whistles. Unfortunately it has an issue with the shifter, it doesn't seems to sit into gear and doesn't like to move out of park if the vehicle is parked on an incline.
Story
Sadly I haven't had my vehicle more than a month and a half so I haven't had any real stories to share yet.
Pros
Dual temp control, plenty of seating for the family, hatch back type rear door with separate window opening. It's an Eddie Bauer edition.
Cons
Just that shifter problem, and I would've preferred a manual transmission but I don't even know if it would have been available in that model.
1999 Ford Explorer - Dependable Car
The 1999 ford explorer Eddie Bauer edition is a great vehicle. It is very dependable to me. I have about 210,000 miles on it and have driven it from California to new york once and back without any real major issues so far. It feels very sturdy and dependable as well.

Pros
It is a very sturdy and dependable SUV, as I said it has 210,000 miles on it without any REAL MAJOR problems so far. I love the car, you feel very high up and you can sense the power in the car when you drive it, it is a very powerful car, I just wish it would last me longer than the time that I have had it.
Cons
I wish the gas mileage was a little better. At first I was getting 23 MPG freeway and 15 on the street. Down to 15/10 now that it's older. Seems to be prone to emissions problems though. I had to replace the converter once already a few years ago, and about 6 years later the check engine light came on again saying it needs to be replaced, I've noticed my MPG going way down so this is probably the issue.

The ease of looking at the car we came in for and diligence of the team we worked with were superb. Our sales guy listened to us, didn't show us anything that cost more than what we set our budget for, and was friendly and honest.
2009 Ford Flex - Glenn Jones Ford Casa Grande
Nothing good to say at all! They were happy to take my money, but then did not offer a good service inspection service on vehicle. They then lied to me about the inspection service being performed. I would not buy a bicycle from them!
