Used Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer for Sale

My 2002 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition has been a good running truck. It has plenty of guts and power for merging into heavy traffic. I've experienced no mechanical issues. It is not leaking any fluids. The ride is very comfortable, with the all leather seats with the driver and passenger seats equipped power adjustment with a seat heater. There is a third row seat for those with a big family, or third row can be laid flat for hauling large loads. Power windows throughout. The heat and air conditioning have settings for the passengers in the rear, and there is plenty of legroom. The rear door lifts smoothly allowing easy entry to load and unload. The Explorer is equipped with four wheel drive, high and low, which is easily engaged using buttons on the dash. Once engaged, you have the confidence needed to drive through the wet heavy snow. The only negatives would be the gas consumption could be better. In town I get about 14.5 Mpg and on the highway about 17.5 Mpg. One very cold, below zero day, I rolled down the driver side window, and it wouldn't roll back up. It will require buying the entire mechanism as the broken cable cannot be purchased separately.

The vehicle that I am reviewing is a 1999 Ford Explorer. This is an Eddie Bauer edition. The number one thing I like about it is the affordability. It is a popular vehicle and plenty to choose from. This is my second Explorer. I am very happy the overall quality and safety of this vehicle. The quality of manufacturing and performance are superb for the price.
