Used Ford Explorer for Sale in Cleveland, TN

While I love my Ford Explorer, it does have some issues. I only get 17 miles per gallon and I commute to school. Needless to say, gas is expensive. The radio panel lights have gone out – I never know what radio station I am listening to or what time it is. The back window wiper blade does not entirely reach the whole window for some reason – it only cleans/wipes half of it. I have replaced the blade, but I think the problem is in the arm of the wiper. Also, the air is hinky. I cannot control the strength of the air flow – it does not respond to any of the fan controls. The air flow (hot or cold) is basically full throttle or nothing at all. The air flow changes when I’m driving. I like to say that my Explorer is just saying hi: I’ll drive over a bump and the air goes crazy, blowing hard even though I don’t want it to. I would say that the biggest con I have encountered with my Explorer is the wonky 4 wheel drive. Don’t get me wrong, the 4 wheel drive works great when I want it to. However, the 4 wheel drive can have a mind of its own, much like the air. When it rains, I have to drive extremely carefully or the 4 wheel drive will psych itself out and get stuck in 4 wheel drive – which has caused me to fish tail and spin out on several occasions. I always know when the 4 wheel drive gets stuck because it hampers the car’s ability to turn. When I turn the steering wheel to the right, my car makes a “mooing” sound which indicates that the 4 wheel drive is happily stuck and groaning at me.

Gas Mileage wasn't great. Default sound system wasn't that great either. I did not like the color of the leather, it is light tan. The sun roof isn't power, it's manual, but no big deal.
