I have had this car for about 6 months now and I have enjoyed it thoroughly. I bought the car after I burned out the clutch in my mustang. The ford escape had over 100,000 miles when I bought it and the vehicle still runs great. It has given me good gas miles still around 25. I really like how spacious the vehicle is and I like the leather seats. The moon roof and navigation systems are nice additions. I am looking forward to see how well it will work in the snow this winter. The escape is a V6 but I think it is losing some of its power since it has over 100,000 miles in it. I have taken the vehicle in off road situations and have had no problems getting stuck. I wouldn't trust it towing anything though. I have heard the newer versions are v4s which are nice for gas mileage but robs th... (more)
Story
I am from the Pittsburgh area and this vehicle has allowed me to buy a kayak which in turn allows me to kayak the rivers during the pirates games!
Pros
The things I love about the vehicle are the amount of space. I really like the leather seats and the heated seats. I also really like the moon roof and that all of my stuff is electronic. I like the center media center. The navigation is great and the satellite radio is a great addition. I also really like the rear windshield wipers. I like how the rear door opens up with the window and the door. I also like the buttons on the door to open the door without having to use my keys.
Cons
The car makes a creaking noise around turns. The vehicle has seem to lost a bit of power. I don't like the power window location I tend to put down the rear windows when I mean to put down the front windows. The rear windows also don't go down the whole way and back seat passengers complain about it.

2007 Ford Escape - Not a well rounded vehicle.

I like the fact the car has a back hatch for hauling larger items. I love the fact the back seats fold down so you can also fit more larger items in the car. I also enjoy the power windows and the sun roof. On the other hand I do not like the room in the front. The leg room is limited and the seats are power so you have to have the car on to move anything. I also dislike that this car has had nothing but problems since the day we purchased it, mechanically. We have recently replaced the transmission. The car has also leaked oil since about three month after we purchased it. We had obviously replaced your normal tires, brakes, roaster oil change etc. However we have owned this car for 3 years and have spent more money on the car that was it is even valuated at since we purchased it. I w... (more)

The staff was friendly, helpful and got me on my way with my new car in no time. The first dealership where I didn't experience the car sales pitch. They talked to me like a real person, not a potential sale.

They have a very large selection of vehicles, however if they do not have what you are looking for they will try to find it or even order it for you straight from the factory the way you want it.
