Overall, in the last three years that I have had the car, it is extremely reliable and very versatile. I commute everyday, one hour each way and it has been my daily driver. The car is very comfortable, easy to drive and can fit a lot of people or stuff, depending on what you need it for.
Story
We like to take my car camping. The last time that we went camping we went with family. My car was able to fit two ice chest, clothing, tents, four chairs, corn hole, several other lawn games, food, two people, fire wood and even more.
Pros
My car is silver, which is very nice to help keep the car clean even though I haven't washed it in a while. The car is very large, you can fit all kinds of stuff that you would normally need a truck for in it with the seats down. When you have the seats down the back is very large. The seats are very easy to put up or down and I can do it by myself in less than 2 minutes.
Cons
The cloth seats get things like dog fur stuck in it very easy and can be difficult to get off. The gas mileage on this car is not the best, I average about 18-19 mpg on my daily commute. The alternator went out a year and half after my purchase.

2010 Ford Escape - Not happy.

This vehicle looked very clean inside and out. As we were finalizing the deal, we overheard they had to jump start the car. Things seemed to be a little bit shady. As I had purchased three cars prior to this one, I believed in the dealership. The following morning after the purchase, the battery was dead. They replaced the battery. A few days later, the engine went out and had to be replaced. Luckily, we bought the extended warranty, but they argued over it covering the engine. Ultimately they did, but they held the car for over a month, which created a huge problem getting back and forth to work. Additionally, we did not receive the plates for months and found out it was because no one turned in the paperwork, and when they did, it was wrong....it was not a good experience.
Story
This vehicle is a SUV and holds quite a bit of stuff in the back. I love that we can load up and take off for the day or weekend anywhere we want to go. We have taken it to the beach on several occasions and take all our beach goodies with us: chairs, umbrellas, play toys, boogey boards, blankets, towels, and lunch goodies.
Pros
Vehicle looked nice, and the price was right.
Cons
Dead battery, new engine within days, took a really long time to fix, and paperwork for plates was messed up and took months.

The dealership accommodated to my needs without being too pushy like other dealers in the same lot.
