2009 Ford Escape - Safe, good in bad weather
I like that it drives really well in bad weather and gets good gas mileage for an SUV. I do not like that I am not able to fit a lot into the car.
Story
I went on a road trip with friends in college with it. We got a flat tire and no one knew how to change it, so we had to flag down another car, which happened to also be full of college kids, and they helped us change the flat. We made 3 new friends that night.
Pros
I really like how this car handles in bad weather, and I like the sound system and GPS in the dash board.
Cons
I do not like how it rides sometimes, it is bumpy. My door locks are strange as well, my passenger door won't lock.
2008 Ford Escape - Very reliable.
I have had this vehicle for a few years and it has been very reliable. I have not had any issues with mechanical failure. The only thing I have had to do is basic maintenance that all vehicles require. I like that the vehicle is roomy and can fit 2 car seats easily. It also has a big trunk which is ideal for carrying luggage and other storage needs.
Story
Taking a trip to Jersey Shore and Philadelphia with the kids was a great memory and a fun time.
Pros
Roomy and can drive easily. The vehicle handles well in the snow and I feel safe in it.
Cons
I don't really have any negative things to say about this vehicle. I guess if I had to pick a negative it would be that the color is kind of ugly and not to my taste.
