The Ford Edge is exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. My husband and I did a lot of research before finally deciding on the Edge. It handles well in the rain and the braking system feels responsive and reliable. The leather seats are comfortable and don't wear easily.
Story
We were able to pack ourselves, our tents, and enough camping gear for everyone to camp an entire week.
Pros
It offers plenty of seating room. We are able to fit ourselves and 3 teenagers without any complaints about comfort. Not hearing the kids complaining about the others "touching them" or "in their space" is an amazing feeling! The heated seats warm up quickly and evenly. The stereo system is top notch! This is the first vehicle we have owned that we did not immediately upgraded the factory system. And the parking aid comes in handy when you are trying to back your vehicle in to a tight spot. It begins beeping as you get close to an object and quickens the beeps as you get closer.
Cons
Our Edge did not come with a tow package so we had to order and install one ourselves. We could have purchased and had the dealer install one but it was going to be a little costly so we opted to do it ourselves.
