The Ford Edge was a great purchase. I love the way it handles when driving in the city or on open highways. The seating is comfortable, and I really enjoy having heated seats when it is cold outside. Speaking of temperature, the climate control system keeps everything at a comfortable temperature both up front and in the back seats as well. In addition, I love the fact that my keyless entry system means that I do not have to use the key to unlock the car - just must have the key available on my person.
Story
We have driven this car all over the place, including several trips to Texas, South Carolina, Florida, etc. and have just enjoyed having this vehicle to drive around town as well as on out-of-town trips.
Pros
I really love the remote start feature since the vehicle is not parked in a garage. When the weather is cold, it is great to be able to start my vehicle. If the climate control system is set for a certain temp, I can start the car before I even head out the door and get in to a car that is already warm inside. I also like the fact that I could set the seat and mirrors to my preference (as opposed to my husband) and just hit a button to adjust those things for me when I drive the car.
Cons
The only thing I hate about the vehicle, as with many of the newer vehicles with all of the electronic components, I have notice that some of the electronic components have started to be ineffective. The rear camera now only works sporadically and one of the keys have stopped working, and I must now have it reprogrammed.
