Our Ford 12 passenger E-series has been part of the family for a few years. We purchased it when there was 7 family members and we wanted more seats for friends to ride with us if need be. Now there is 9 of us and it is comfortable for all of us, plus more!
Story
We once got stuck trying to drive up an icy hill at night. We slid a little than thankfully someone in a big truck with a front tow hook lowered us down the driveway. Thankfully we were unharmed and safe.
Pros
Pros: Plenty of seating; adequate heating and cooling for passengers; plenty of under seat storage, gas mileage not so bad for such a large vehicle; room for stroller and belongings in back.
Cons
Cons: We live on a dirt road and it feels like your teeth will rattle out of your head when the road gets washboardy; not a lot of room for front passengers legs; seats are extremely heavy and difficult to remove if needed.

Love my E-350. Big and heavy it runs great over these rough roads. Would love to have an easy way to disable the RSC as I live 2 miles up a dirt and gravel washboard road with a 4% grade hill on the way up. Noticed the review talking about difficulty keeping it on the road. I had this problem. it was a layer of mud that had hardened on the inside of the rear rims. You couldn't even tell it was on there. I put new tires on and it walked all over the road. Cleaned up the rims and rebalanced the tires and she drives perfectly down the road.
Story
Every time when going to a trip, I enjoy lot. A memorable journey is not in the destination itself, but in the small moments and memorable experiences you allow yourself to have. A great journey begins the moment you get the longing to go, and stays with you long after you come home.
Pros
Moved up from a E150 and I love it. I just wish it was easier to find accessories for E series vehicles. Brush guards/ grill protectors etc. Also, I went from the 5.8L E150 getting 16mpg in town to the 5.4L getting 13.5-14mpg in town lightly loaded. would love that 2-2.5 MPG.
Cons
Some minor electrical issues (power door locks) and leaks/weeping (oil pan, power steering). Only engine problem is occasional misfiring and the high cost to check/replace plugs and boots.

It is a silver thirteen-seat passenger van with a V8 engine. Power steering and windows. Seats are manually adjusted. No computer navigation. We have had no major problems with it for the five years we've owned it.
Story
I was building my deck and think I would have to borrow someone's truck to pick up the wood and other materials. When I could think of no one to borrow the truck from, I decided to take the back two rows of seats out and was able to get everything I needed into it. Plus, it rained on the way home and my wood didn't get wet! Way better than a truck.
Pros
Plenty of leg room all around and tons of room for my big family. The back two rows of seats can be taken out to load furniture, lawn mowers, bikes, whatever you want into it. With the levers the manufacturer provide it is easy to detach the back two rows of seats; just pull them up when taking them out or push them down when installing them. The engine is powerful for such a big vehicle, and it has surprisingly good gas mileage for such a big van. It has a built-in DVD player with audio routed through the stereo system.
Cons
The only negatives for us was the air conditioning. Although it had front and rear units, it just doesn't seem adequate to cool the van down, at least for the southern part of the United States where we live. It takes us about an hour of driving before A/C begins to cool it down. The computer sensors they have in the engine seem to be a little temperamental and would constantly stay light in the consul.
