Climate control is excellent even in extreme conditions. Controls are within reach and familiar. Plenty of cup holders for two occupants. Repairs are easy and affordable if needed.

The positive things about this vehicle for one is the capabilities of a truck. The option to go off-road or on the beach is a big plus for me, especially since I live very close to the ocean. Another benefit is the bed of the truck. It's very convenient for putting tools or bikes in the back for transportation. Another pro is the towing capabilities. This truck can tow small- to medium-sized trailers no problem and you hardly know they are back there. The bed is also a large plus for keeping the interior clean. Unlike with an SUV, the dirt and grime of things you are hauling remain in the bed and can be easily removed or cleaned. The look of the truck is appealing, especially for an older vehicle. The visibility when driving is excellent and blind spots are not much of an issue at all when driving the truck. Automatic locks and windows is a nice plus to this vehicle package. It's much nicer than using a key or cranking the windows manually. The space inside is enough to comfortably travel with 4-5 passengers unlike some cramped back seats of other manufacturers. The 4.6L engine is reliable and plenty powerful for all applications out there.

The interior space of the E-150 van is superior, especially with the middle seats removed. I've even removed the rear bench seat and was able to haul a huge 8-ft. high x 4-ft. wide entertainment center inside with room to spare. Normally, I keep the middle seats out of the van to give my three Great Danes room to roam. The van is a elegant custom van. So, it has the nice custom side windows. These windows are great for the dogs and people too. When I put the middle seats back in, I take friends with us to sports events over the weekend. The captain chairs are extremely comfortable because they ride on a platform instead of a pole. The driver's console is easy to read in both day and night lighting conditions. Nothing is obstructed on the dashboard. The passenger seat is as comfortable as the driver's seat. Overall, the van rides smoothly (unlike the truck version). The V6 engine is fuel efficient for a van this size. It has enough power to easily pull a 28-ft. camper up steep terrain.
