FIAT Owner Ratings & Reviews

2013 FIAT 500L - Okay vehicle
I liked that the vehicle was smooth when you drive it. I also liked the Trekking trim - it gave it an edgy look. However, I did not like the overall design. The lease in my name for this vehicle was a gift, so I did not turn it down. The fiat is an overall ugly vehicle regardless of the model or trim.
Story
I did my second donut ever in this car. It was a bad donut.
Pros
My former Fiat 500l Trekking was good on gas. It also had a great engine and battery. There was never any shaking and the alignment was perfect for a used Fiat 500l. Also, the car drove fast and smooth for such an ugly little bugger.
Cons
The car is way too small. It is not family friendly because it is too small. It is an ugly vehicle. All of the makes and models for Fiats are ugly. Compact is an understatement for this car. Also, the durability and quality are poor for the price.
2012 FIAT 500 - Souped Up Golf Cart
My Fiat 500 Abarth is the most fun car I've had the chance to drive. When the car market is dominated by a choice of manly pick ups or elderly sedans, I had to go with something that is fun. The Fiat isn't sporty, but it is fun. Because it packs an insane amount of power on an extremely light car, I always joke around that it's my "Souped Up Golf Cart".
Story
The building that I used to work at had a parking garage next to an outdoor sitting area for employees to smoke. I left the garage to go to lunch like any other day, and my newly hired trainee stopped me when I got back inside. He was so excited to see what was coming out of the garage with the insane muffler noise that was happening, and was really confused when a Fiat popped out!
Pros
The Fiat is extremely fun to drive. The steering wheel and shifter are solid, and take quite well to abuse. The car is light and nimble, and takes turns well. The Fiat Abarth shines on the surface streets; it has an amazing get up and go feel to the acceleration.
Cons
There's no lying, it is small. I feel bad whenever everyone else has to drive to restaurants for work because I can't physically fit two adults in the rear seats. I can't do large grocery trips or shop for furniture, and the most common place I store things in the car is through the hatchback and into the back seat.
2012 FIAT 500c - Fun and Efficient
Best vehicle I have ever owned. As an avid animal advocate, I spend the vast majority of my time transporting dogs and cats to and from different locations. No matter what I'm doing my Fiat is perfect for the task, and it is always a joy to drive. I would definitely recommend this car to my friends and family. In fact, my best friend loves taking the Fiat when we go on road trips, because it's comfortable and super efficient on gas!
Story
Driving around Texas and having big tough guys ask if they could put it in their truck bed!
Pros
The Fiat is an incredible car overall! The seats fold down and allow plenty of cargo space whether I'm transporting animals or groceries. It is also incredibly fuel efficient, filling up costs about $20 for me, and I only need to fill up every couple weeks unless I'm driving a lot more than usual. The seats are also incredibly comfortable, especially when you have to sit in them for long periods of time. I do not have any back pain even after driving for eight hours straight!
Cons
The backseat is very small. My husband and I were discussing how necessary it would be to purchase a new car when we have our first child. I have had people sit in the back, and it's comfortable enough for short periods. The tire pressure sensor also randomly works and then doesn't work. After googling, it's apparently a general problem that Fiat owners have had.
