2013 Dodge Ram Pickup 2500 - Pleasently Surprised
This vehicle is more than a truck, it is a comfortable vehicle that can be used to take trips with or to use as a work truck. We use the truck for more than the normal trips to the hardware store. We also use this truck for plowing and hauling.
Story
We were able to take the truck on the cemetery without any problem in the dead of winter.
Pros
This vehicle handles well on the highway and on back roads. When riding even on back roads the vehicle is quiet and comfortable. The four door concept makes the truck very comfortable and spacious.
Even having the four doors, the box of the truck is standard size so picking up anything from the local hardware store is not a problem. Though picking up a bench from the cemetery each fall is difficult because the truck does sit higher than the Ford truck we used to own.
The factory warranty has been very good for normal problems that you would find with a plow truck.
Cons
The only area that we had any problem was in the electronics when we first purchased it. After having to return it twice to the dealership they found that there was a connection that was not assembled from the factory so they corrected this. We have not had any issues since then.
