I have always wanted a pick-up truck. When I went to the dealer to look at trucks I immediately fell in love with the Dodge trucks. The exterior is sleek with great lines. I assume it is well built as I have driven 40,000 miles and had absolutely no mechanical issues with this truck. The interior is spacious and comfortably seats 6. The truck features a clear back-up camera display that is conveniently located on the rear view mirror which is essential, as I would not be able to parallel park without it.
Story
I drove this truck up a dirt mountain road that zig-zagged 10 miles up a mountain to go fishing at Sone's Pond in Pennsylvania. The road is only as wide as the truck and there are people going up and down the road at the same time. I pulled to the side to let a car pass and got stuck in mud. If I hadn't had 4 wheel drive, I would have had to be towed off that mountain.
Pros
The interior still looks brand new even though I have driven it for 3 years. There is a spacious storage space under the back seat. I easily haul loads of firewood in the back. The 4 wheel drive is easy to engage and allows me to drive any mountain pass while camping. There is a light that illuminates the bed of the truck, which is especially helpful when unloading items from the bed.
Cons
The front middle seat sits higher than the front driver or passenger seat. The jack is located under the front passenger seat and can be hard to get out. It would have been better placed under the back seat.

The build of the truck provides for exceptional room and comfort in the cab for all passengers. Traveling on vacations gave us the ability to test the gas mileage reporting, exceeding the suggested mpg by almost 2 mpg. The front seat of the cab is spacious, containing a flip up/down center sit providing an area for not only storage, but potentially an extra seat.
Story
Since we had plenty of room, while we were traveling on vacation Michigan, my soon to be brother in law fell asleep in the back seat with the kids. We had sufficient space, and elbow room. Pros
Fuel economy has far exceeded the expectations. The storage space in pockets of the doors and beneath the back seat are perfect for the necessities - mechanical, first aid, lighting, etc. Even with the basic package, all the needs are include in the truck. good workmanship in the construction and design combined with a powerful Hemi engine under the hood delivers not only the style but the power.
Cons
The height of the truck prevents easy access without the use of running boards. The model year has already had two recalls in the short period of ownership, one pertaining to the transmission and speed control. Rear passengers do not have in door storage compartments available; cup holders are directly in front of the middle passenger of the seat.
