This is a great family vehicle with a fantastic look! The Journey does great on gas with its v4 engine making it able to drive cross country on a tank and a half. The vehicle is very spacious with an optional third row built in. We use it mostly for hauling groceries but great when we have our nieces and nephews with us. The boys love that they can pack in a lot of toys for the long road trips and we love the space we get in the front seat to keep their snacks handy. We get a lot of questions about our car and most find it hard to believe the price tag on such a spacious vehicle. I would definitely buy this car again and am considering replacing our second vehicle with another Dodge Journey because we have been extremely happy with this one. The auto start feature is great for the Texa... (more)
Story
This car did so great on gas when we took our first family trip to Florida. Our gas bill was the lowest we have ever had and that allowed us extra funds to spend on our family's first vacation ever.
Pros
I absolutely love the gas mileage. This spacious family car does great on gas because of the v4 engine. The optional third seat gives us the ability to haul around extra kids or put the seats down for more space to move items around. The auto start feature is a life saver for the Texas heat.
Cons
Because of the v4 it doesn't pick up as fast as one would like, but that's not necessarily the worst thing. For a family car I would have preferred the luggage rack be included or even a hitch be included, our car came with neither so we always have to rely on that third row when we do our summer vacations.

The Dodge Journey is one of the best cars I've ever owned if not the best car I've ever owned! Not only is stylish but it's functional too and has such a smooth ride. It is one of the most affordable small SUVs around. I own the black top package journey and get compliments on how nice the black on black looks. The interior is beautiful and comfortable. Also I love all of the bells and whistles everything is touch screen it's so neat! My only complaint is we are n family of five and it can be a little too tight with car seats at time and the 3rd row isn't made for everyday use or for an adult. I haven't had one issue with this car and I love that it has quite a bit of power and get up and go.
Story
We have really enjoyed taking road trips in this car to the mountains to the beach all over!
Pros
I love how stylish this car is the exterior is the black top package it's beautiful and the interior is so comfortable and stylish too. I love that everything even the air conditioner controls are touch screen. The touch screen is huge as well. It also has good speed with the v6 engine.
Cons
The major cons I have is we are now a family of five and it isn't quite roomy enough for us anymore. Also the 3rd row that I was once excited for isn't really functional. An adult can't comfortably fit in the 3rd row.

I think this is a great recreational vehicle. I have been to the beach many times in this car. It can fit as many people as a van, but is more stylish and compact. It is easy and comfortable to drive. I have not had any problems with this car. It is a very smooth ride and is great for travelling.
Story
Last year my family and I took the Journey to the beach; we had a great time. We were a little cramped in the back, but it made us feel extra close.
Pros
It is easy to drive and very smooth. It can fit a lot of people but is much more stylish than a minivan. It has a great navigation system and stereo. Everything is easy to find and use. It is better on gas than a minivan as well.
Cons
There is not a log of leg room in the back seats. You have to pull the middle seat to get into the back seat. If someone is sitting in the middle seat of the middle row, they will have to get up as well to let the people in back get out.
