The overall build of this car is great for a minivan. It is spacious and drives like a charm, especially on the highway. The seats are super comfortable. The Stow & Go seating is superb. The sound system is excellent quality and better than some of the newer vehicles. We've moved our children in and out of college hauling everything in the minivan (without ever having to rent a trailer). We've traveled all across the nation comfortably with plenty of room for luggage, bikes -- you name it. We've hauled stoves, furniture, etc. with no issues whatsoever.
Story
While we were traveling cross country. We stopped at a national park that had a bike trail. Since we were able to haul our bikes with us on the van, we biked the entire 25 mile trail as a family. Had we used our previous vehicle (a Toyota Corolla), there is no way we would have been able to have our bikes with us.
Pros
The sound system has to be one of the best that I have heard in a vehicle this size. It is able to play at a loud volume with no distortion whatsoever. The Stow and Go seating is very convenient for when we have had to haul large items around. It drives very smooth, especially when you get it up to highway speeds. The brake system is extremely trustworthy and efficient, as we have never felt unsafe in this van.
Cons
One of the few issues we've had is with the automatic doors -- we've had to have them repaired three times when the lock buttons were stuck (had the actuators replaced). Other than the replacing the actuators, the maintenance & repairs costs are generally lower than average. Another issue we have has to do with the ignition. For some reason, we have to use a small hammer to hit the key into the ignition before it is able to turn. It isn't that big of an issue, so I don't think we will be taking it to the garage for this anytime soon.

2009 Dodge Grand Caravan - The Dodge caravan is a great minivan to own.

I like that my vehicle has a nice stereo system. I enjoy the space and the fact that I can take out my seats if I need to have more room for hauling and loading things into my van. It is really nice to take on trips or vacations because everyone has their own space and the seats are comfortable. The van drives great and has run really well for me for the last 3 years. I like the way it drives and how well it drives in the snow. The van is easy to handle and I feel very safe in the vehicle. I have had a few fender benders in it and feel that it was built great to withstand another vehicle hitting the van.
Story
All of the neighborhood kids think I have the coolest vehicle because I can take a big number of them with me at any time because I have so much space in the van.
Pros
I enjoy the front and rear temperature controls. I like that my windows can go down in the back with an automatic button and that they don't just put out on the side like some of the older style vans. I like the cargo space for the truck area and I really like that I can take out my seats if I need to have a lot more space in the back for hauling. I like the spaciousness of the van when we are taking trips, the many cup holders and seat belts are comfortable as well. I like the middle seats are separate and not a bench seat because car seats fit better in the middle seats.
Cons
There aren't very many things that I don't like about the van. The only complaint I have is that I had to get work done on my key because the ignition switch went bad and there was a recall. But before I knew there was a recall my key would get stuck in my vehicle and would not start and I couldn't get my key out.
