The 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan is an excellent choice for a bigger family. When we found out we were expecting our 5th child, we didn't have even a minute of worry that our vehicle wouldn't accommodate everyone.
Story
We bought this vehicle the day that we took my grandmother to her favorite restaurant. It was the last time we got to take her out anywhere before she passed.
Pros
This vehicle has a very spacious interior that will accommodate seven people easily. The automatic doors are a definite plus when you are packing an infant carrier and several bags. Press the button and load everything up easily. The storage bins are also a big plus. Need someplace to stash that extra bag that won't fit in the back. Lift the storage top and stow it away. Love the many features of this van that make it a great family vehicle.
Cons
Now the Cons. Really there aren't very many, but I will name a few. The first one is the placement of the spare tire. It is stowed up under the front of the vehicle and in an emergency, side of the road situation is not a very convenient or reasonable place for it to be. I know from experience how difficult it is to get the spare in and out. The next thing, which is actually more of a preference thing, is that the shifter is on the dash. It took me a really long time to get used to the placement, and I still occasionally find myself reaching for the steering column. Lastly, and this is kin... (more)

I bought my Dodge Grand Caravan back in February of this year. Since I've owned it, I have had no major problems at all! It's a Flex Fuel vehicle, so I'm saving hundreds at the pump using E85 gas! The van is a 7 seater and everyone always comments how roomy it is and how it's comfortable no matter what seat you are in. It has storage everywhere for all of your stuff that you are bringing. The seats fold down into the floor so you can haul big stuff. There is under seat storage for your valuables in case you have to leave your purse or something while you go inside somewhere. There is a huge back storage area where I keep my stroller. Even with my stroller there is a ton of room for groceries or any other everyday item you might need to store back there. I keep 4 car seats in my car for... (more)
Story
I took this vehicle with 3 kids under 3 on a 9 hour drive to Texas! This van was a lifesaver! I was able to nurse my baby in privacy and the kids were able to have some room to stretch their legs when we made pit stops! Plenty of room for changing diapers and lots of storage for keeping luggage!
Pros
7 seater Storage Comfortable Made for families on the go
