I bought this vehicle as a family vehicle and for work. I bought it used when it was only 2 years old and with 20,000 miles on it. Initially, I liked the looks and color of it. A pleasant blue color with a grey interior. I didn't want dark colors. It is a basic model, but I have been very happy with the comfort and roominess for my family. I love the fold down seats and removable center row. It has been very dependable. I have mainly taken it in for regular service calls. It runs very cleanly and has never leaked any fluids. It gets good gas mileage considering the type of vehicle it is. I have only had one issue that is an ongoing problem. The brakes have a squeak in them that the dealer can not find or fix. It is really annoying but it does not seem to affect the brake operation. I h... (more)
Story
I do not have a story to tell but this van has always amazed me at how much stuff we can pack into it when moving my son.
Pros
My favorite feature is that I can fold the back seat down and remove the center row of seats. It has been so easy moving my son back and forth to college because of this. It creates so much room, it is almost like having my own truck. It rides smoothly and handles icy roads very well. I feel safer in this van than I did when I drove a car.
Cons
My only complaint about this vehicle has been the squeak in the brakes that the dealer has not been able to fix.

This thing has been a piece of crap. AC goes through refrigerant like water, even though 3 mechanics can't find a leak. Crappy gas mileage. Seat plastic break easily. Stow and go seats are nice, but with a messy toddler, there messes stay in the stow part and stink. Carpet is very difficult to clean.
Story
We popped a break line on 6 year old van from rust. Did not expect that.
Pros
Stow and go seats are easy and convenient. The radio works. That's about it.
Cons
Carpet is hard to clean. Accelerates poorly. Seat plastic breaks easily. Suspension parts wear out very quickly. Drink power steering fluid constantly. Refrigerant keeps disappearing even though mechanics can not find any leeks. Motor ticks (like all Dodge motors of this size.) Rusts under the sliding doors like nothing else I've ever seen.
