I have purchased a total of 7 vehicles in my life, personally, and this has been my favorite one by far. I walked on the lot wanting a Tahoe, and the sales guy asked me to take a Durango for a ride. I refused at first, because I was used to the older style Durango, and how they drove, but I am SO glad I gave it a chance. I don't regret it one bit!
Story
I got into a minor traffic accident in Moultrie, GA (I was not at fault), and when the police arrived, he paid more attention to my truck than the fact that it was wrecked. Said his wife worked for Homeland Security, and that was their vehicle of choice. His exact words were "Man, that thing will open up like you wouldn't believe!"
Pros
Smoothest riding car I have ever driven. It literally drives like a Lexus. Heated seats and steering wheel are a must need in the winter time, and for my son, who is Autistic and very sensitive to cold. It has great power, and will get up and go to get around a vehicle pretty dang quick if needed. Seats are comfortable (all 3 rows), even on long trips. Connect touch screen media center is amazing. The option to have internet while traveling for my kids is also a huge plus. Sound system is very clear, and can be very loud, even vibrating my windows at times.
Cons
The only drawback of the vehicle is the gas mileage. For a full sized SUV, it's not bad, but if you do a lot of stopping and going in the city, it can drink it up pretty quick.

The car was very nice and reliable and much better over all than we expected. We bought it ten years used with 200,000 miles already on it, so of course, it wasn't a perfect car, but it performed much better than other cars with the same age and wear. When I need a new car again, I will definitely consider another Dodge. We got a minivan shortly after that was newer and the same price, and the Dodge was just so much better.
Story
We opened up the back and sat in it to watch the solar eclipse so we would not have to sit of the wet grass. It was fun because there was seven of us all trying to look out.
Pros
The radio in the car was very good as were the leather seats. Driving the car was smooth and easy to control. We liked the radio, because it had good speakers, and we could turn off the speakers in the back of the car if the people sitting back there did not want to listen. The look of the car was nice, and I loved the color and design off the car. The inside of the car had a lot of room, so my seven-person family never felt smushed in there. We often went on long car trips with all our luggage in this car.
Cons
Some of the negative things were that the car had some issues when we first got it, and the window broke shortly after. The glove box also did not open, and the car was a bit old.

My husband and I were looking to replace a car that was involved in a total loss, and the insurance had not yet paid out on, because the matter has to go to court. That plus a few credit challenges made financing difficult, other dealers treated us poorly. From the first moment we walked into DriveTime we were treated with respect. Our sales associate, Janine, took time with us, laid our all our options, showed us multiple vehicles, and never pressured us. Start to finish it was a great process.

Most of everything that we wanted in a car we were able to receive. We actually had a car sent from another Carmax, but our local store worked with us through every step of the process. There was one issue with the car not having a feature that we wanted that was quickly resolved without having to sit around and wait hours for some decision to be made.
