Used Dodge Durango R/T for Sale

When we were looking for a replacement vehicle for my wife we also wanted something that we could take on vacation. We had our eye on the 2013 year of Durango ever since Dodge had redesigned the style of the model. When selecting an engine we knew we wanted the V8 since the V6 that was available was known to have issues. This limited us to a few different Trim levels and we ended up going with the R/T model with the blacktop package. This particular package comes with dark tint, black rims, euro style headlights, a different bumper, and blacked out grille. It looks mean, mean, mean! The 5.7 liter HEMI backs up all the styling as well with fast acceleration and loads of torque. Since we were dealing with the R/T variant it also came equipped with a tighter suspension which makes the handling very precise for a large vehicle. The stock brakes also pull it to a stop without issue. The most striking point on this SUV is the attention to detail, everything is elegant and nothing seems out of place. If I had to note a drawback it would be that there is not much in the way of cargo space with 6+ people in the truck, however that is offset by how fun it is to drive. We have only had to have the SUV in to the dealer for service twice, once for a bad remote and another time for a wheel bearing/new rim which was a result of a small incident with a curb in winter.

The Dodge Durango R/T is a solid sport SUV with an eight-cylinder Hemi engine. The ability to select performance modes, from economy to sport, make this SUV fun to drive. The interior is comfortable and spacious. The ride quality is quiet and responsive. Very nice acceleration from a dead stop. The cargo area is huge for a car of this class. The optional towing package which I chose will handle most all user needs.

This is hands down the best vehicle I have ever owned. It's extremely fun to drive, the wife loves it and it's got some serious get up and go under the hood. It's got a nice subtle V8 rumble at idle, but open her up and it roars to life. Amazing styling, looks like nothing else on the road. Certainly doesn't get easily confused for a Honda or Toyota appliance. It's smaller than the Tahoe/Yukon and that's a huge plus for tight parking spots/small roads.
