1998 Dodge Durango - Durango
My vehicle has lasted my mom and I almost 20 years. It's reliable, spacious, and comfortable. I really like the softness of the seats. The 4WD options is awesome, and there's a middle option, where you can have 4WD only as you need it, how that works, I don't know, but it's amazing and a gas saver.
Story
I love road trips in it. It's just so comfortable and relaxing.
Pros
The cruise controls are on the steering wheel. The middle seats fold down for more storage in the trunk. It has a v8. It has some get up and go for being an older SUV.
Cons
The front bumper has completely rusted out.
2005 Dodge Durango - Reliable and Solid
The Dodge Durango offers both comfort and functionality for a busy family. Leather seats, sun roof and DVD player provide for comfort. However, the best thing about the Durango is the way it handles the Minnesota winters. It's a solid vehicle that feels very safe in any weather condition.
Story
The vehicle has driven us to many family vacations. Many fun memories of the kids fighting over what movie they will watch and playing games to pass time.
Pros
This is our first vehicle with a DVD player. This option has made many long family trips bearable by allowing our youngest daughter to watch dvd's along the way. It is also very comfortable and is a smooth and easy ride.
Cons
This vehicle is very difficult to park in the smaller lots and spaces in the downtown area. We also use a lot of gas with this v8 engine.
