These vehicles are great; we enjoy it so much that we now have two of the same year, make and model. The interior holds up well, looks nice and is easy to clean. The adjustable cup holders are nice. The four-wheel drive does a great job and is easy to engage/disengage. We have had no issues towing trailers; these vehicles are war horses. The main issue we had with both vehicles are the brakes. They tend to seize and end up needing new rotors and calipers. I wish they came in a manual transmission, but other than that, they have been great. I have four children, and we can hold the whole family plus luggage with no issues!
Story
When other vehicles were stuck in the snow, the Durango climbed through in four -wheel drive with no issues!
Pros
Space, reliability and power
Cons
Brake issues. Not offered with a manual transmission.

It's a 4 door SUV with two rows. The entire second row folds down so there is a lot of trunk space, there’s never been anything I couldn’t fit into it. The quality of the seats, steering wheel and all dials in the vehicle are superb, nothing has torn or been broken. It’s a very sturdy vehicle, I never worry about someone else hitting me because I know the Durango can handle it. I really like the way the vehicle looks, but I got it in white and I think it looks a lot better in black.
Pros
I particularly like that it can handle in any conditions. I’ve taken it in snow, mud and heavy rain without any problems at all or worries about getting stuck. The 4 wheel drive is easy to turn on and off. It cools down very quickly. I have no problems with the AC kicking on during the hot months.
Cons
I dislike that the Durango takes so long to heat up. I have to be driving for at least 5 minutes before warm air starts to come out of the vents. I’m a short person and it’s difficult to scrape the ice off of the windows, but that’s more my fault than the cars. The stereo system that came with it wasn’t that great, I ended up putting in my own system. It gets awful fuel economy, but it's an SUV so that's to be expected.

Well my father works at this particular dealership as an internet manager so I enjoy making trips here. Regardless of the reviews, my father is very knowledgeable about all their products, I can't speak for the other employees. I enjoy this dealership because they have a wide variety of cars, new and used. I also enjoy the layout and location of the dealership. Other than that all of the employees I met are kind.

The facility is easy to find and access from any part of the city, and it is not far from the main freeway. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I have had several repairs on my vehicle, and they have always been conveniently scheduled. Unlike other repair shops, they complete repairs on time and as promised. I have never had to revisit because something was not done properly.
