Dodge Durango Owner Ratings & Reviews

2014 Dodge Durango - Awesome, would buy again!
I really like the trim of the Limited. The leather seating is great along with the seat warmers in the front and middle row, especially in the winter. The hidden rear storage compartment is awesome. It is perfect for when I need to fit just a few more things in the back.
Story
The navigation sent me and my son on a back roads, off-roading adventure on the way home from a doctor about an hour away. The Durango handled all the bumps, curves and dips like a champ.
Pros
The middle row recline capabilities are a life saver for when you have tired kids in the back. The option to fold away the third row is also amazing and makes seating more people or transporting large things even easier. The front and middle row seat warmers are great in the winter. The remote-start function is amazing in the summer for cooling off the inside before getting in. The console offers a lot of different capabilities along with the option to purchase Wi-Fi for the car for a specific period of time. You can stream Pandora, XM radio, navigation, etc. The screen the driver gets is ... (more)
Cons
Navigation can be a little weird sometimes and send you on a longer or inaccurate route. Leather seats are not great in the summer when your car has been sitting in the sun.
1999 Dodge Durango - It works, mostly.
My vehicle is rather large. It makes me feel very safe. It's got lots of room for storage and can fit multiple people comfortably. It's a road trip beast, but it is not fit for tight city life. You will spend some time at the gas pump and plenty of money at the gas pump, however.
Story
On my last birthday, I was able to go to the beach with a car full of friends. We were not worried at all and felt like we were in a tank.
Pros
This car starts reliably. It's got a big engine, and it can handle multiple types of terrain. The car is not too sensitive and can take a beating and still keep trucking. Insurance is not terrible, since it is pretty old and not too flashy. The other benefit -- no one wants to steal this car. I can leave it in high traffic areas all day and never break a sweat about getting stolen from.
Cons
Car is a gas guzzler. It is also hard to park,. It can have battery and transmission issues. The car also will not shift from either first of second gear when the car is low on gas. The car is not very comfortable, and the wide seat size makes it hard to sit in correctly for extended periods of time.
