2009 Dodge Charger - 2009 Charger
My 2009 Dodge Charger is likely one of the best cars I have ever purchased. The body was still perfect with no dents or scratches and a deep, metallic-black finish. Plenty of get up and go with the V6 to jump out on to the highway. It’s a decently quiet car, and it has never made a rattle or squeak that I have heard.
Story
This was the car we used to take our oldest son to the beach for the first time. He lounged in the back all day while we snuck him to Galveston, TX, while telling him we were headed back home. He was stunned!
Pros
Decent fuel mileage at around 22 mpg on the highway. Also, it has never burned or leaked an ounce of oil. The SE model isn’t extravagant on the inside by any means. However, it has everything you need. I never ‘wished’ it had more than it did. Both the front and rear seats are quite spacious, plenty of room for the family for road trips.
Cons
It would have been nice for the back seat to fold down on the SE model, but it doesn’t. This is not really a deal breaker. The trunk is quite large, and we are able to place just about anything we ever attempted to in there. Also, there aren’t power seats on this model, but again, for us, that was never an issue that made us feel like we were missing an option.
2014 Dodge Charger - Its a great dependable vehicle.
The car is very sporty looking while providing enough room for a family of four. There is plenty of backseat room and there is also a cupholder that comes down in the backseat. The car is dependable and has never had any mechanical issues. There is plenty of room in the trunk.
The car has a sun roof that is good on days that are not too hot. The sun does shine through when opened and can heat the car quickly on a hot day.
The vehicle is equipped with a navigation system which is great when traveling to unfamiliar places. Bluetooth allows you to connect your phone to the car and talk through the vehicle as well as play music. The car also has connections for USB which is great to charge phones. The backseat does not have a USB connection which would be very helpful to have for backsea... (more)
Story
A lot of times we will go down the road in this car with the sunroof open and listening to music. You feel superior in a car such as this because its a family car but its also a very sporty looking car.
Pros
The blue tooth capability and the XM radio access.
Cons
It can get hot quickly with the sunroof open and it could get a little better gas mileage.
