2008 Dodge Caliber - Adore it.
When the vehicle was first introduced, I fell in love with it. The shape and size of the car made me want one badly. It wasn't until 2009 when I was able to get my hands on one. I previously had a Dodge vehicle that I traded in for the Caliber.
Story
Driving my sister to and from school daily, while me and her baby daughter shopped our hearts out.
Pros
The size, compact but roomy. It drives smoothly. The fact it is a hatchback. Sits higher than some sedans. Almost like a mini crossover. The gas mileage. I have traveled out of town and from one end of the city to the other end without spending too much money on gas. I enjoy the lighted cup holders at night, tiny joys. The seats are very comfortable and can be laid flat to carry large items. There's a cooler in the glove compartment. It has a CD player and aux connection.
Cons
I had to replace my starter. You had to practically take the car apart to get to it. Time consuming, therefore costly. To change the headlight bulbs is a bit difficult if you are a DIYer.
2009 Dodge Caliber - 09 Dodge Caliber
I would not recommend this car to anyone. The ride is very noisy. Even after getting the shocks replaced, it was still very noisy and grinding sounds. The car guzzles gas like it's a six cylinder, but it's only a four cylinder. Also, there was a recall on the tank indicator. It messes up and we never know how much gas is truly in it. I am going back to my Toyota cars.

I drove it to move out of state.
Cons
Bad on gas, noisy ride, and faulty gas gauge.
