2013 Dodge Avenger - Great family car!

This car is amazing for a family. A midsize sedan is just what we were looking for. It isn't too big or too small. There is plenty of space for everything we need. The car itself is very attractive from the outside. I only wish it had leather seats, as our daughter may stain the cloth interior. But, the cloth interior is nice for the summer heat. This car has been extremely reliable and we have had no problems from it. For the price, this car is a steal! We only paid about $14,000 for it with about 56k miles on it from the previous owner. The car is amazing on gas, even on long road trips.
Story
I do in home childcare and watch 2 little boys both around my daughter's age. At the time this took place, my daughter was about 18 months old. My daughter had a doctor appointment and I had to take the little boys along with us. Pros
The best feature in my opinion is the space. The back seat is plenty big enough for 3 toddler car seats to fit side by side with little trouble, as I have had to do this before. Along with that, there are all of the anchor points for safely securing a car seat. The trunk is also much larger than I thought it would be. A whole grocery cart of items will fit into the trunk with ease. You can also stretch your legs out without any trouble in the front seats. Cons
I cannot think of many cons for this car. I think I would only wish for the auxiliary cable jack to be lower down on the face plate so that cables are not dangling all over the place. There is not a seat cooling option, which would be nice to have.

This car has some power. It really goes. Great car in the snow also. I like that this car has the tinted window and moonroof. I get pretty good gas mileage. The one thing that I did not like is the casing for the door handle fell off. I wouldn't think that this is something that would break so soon or at all for that matter. It was not very expensive to find the part and get it fixed. With the black tinted windows and the black exterior color, this is one sharp-looking car. It has a great radio in it. The price was right, I feel, for the year and all the bells and whistles that this car has. I shopped around for different ones before I settled on this particular car. Story
Took a long drive up the mountain one Saturday afternoon. The weather was warm and I had the moon roof open. It was so peaceful to just drive and not have any particular place to go.
Pros
Black exterior color/tinted windows. Horsepower. Smooth ride.
Cons
Door handle casing fell off. Remote start uses a lot of gas when utilized.

I have a friend who is a salesman at this particular dealer. So I have an inside-scoop when something comes in that I would like that is also in my price range, and he won't try to sell me a car with his intent to make as much as he can on it. As a result I likely saved about $2,000 as opposed to if it was a salesman I did not know. This is the only time I purchased from this dealer. My friend only started working there a year ago. I have not dealt with other employees at this dealer, so my opinion is not exactly objective of the dealer. Regardless, it was a very positive experience. I know others who have had good experiences with this dealer as well.

The customer service is fantastic there they are very friendly and always try to give you the best deal. They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from and have good prices. I always had no trouble with the vehicles from there. And the repairs were always covered for up to one year on a sale of a new car. All and all it was a very nice place to buy a car.
