I love the way the car will fit all the kids in and their luggage for long trips. I like the way we can take seats out to accommodate extra luggage as well. I really enjoy the 6 disc CD changer and the heated seats along with the passenger and driver temperature settings. I don't like the electrical issues we have had such as the tire gauge reader needing service and the car key system having to be reset. We have driven across country and had no issues with the air conditioner or heat going out and we were able to use the 6 disc CD changer when the radio station wasn't available to use. Overall the car drove smooth and had no issues making it up or down mountains and through Yellowstone National Park. Story
We used the van to go through Yellowstone and found out it does really well going uphill and downhill near cliffs.
Pros
I really liked the CD changer and the way the car handled across country. It drove smooth and we had plenty of space to fit the entire family along with everyone's luggage.
Cons
I disliked the fact there was no stow and go seating as we fluctuate with how many kids are in the car even though we could take the seats out. I also didn't like how the center console could be moved to the middle but there was no way to get to the back seat without stepping on it.

The automatic door features on this vehicle make loading three kids super easy. It has really fast and smooth acceleration for such a big vehicle. The ability to link my smartphone to the audio system makes for less distracting driving but it was challenging to set up initially.
Story
When making a long trip, we had to stop to feed our newborn in a burger king parking lot. Normally our older kids would have been restless but the DVD kept them distracted. Plus, the van is roomy enough that the baby could be taken out of his seat and comfortably fed in the backseat.
Pros
The DVD player and screen are the best feature for our family. The headphones only add to that because my husband and I do not have to listen to the movie while we're in the front seat. Car seats attach easily to the LATCH system. Storage space in the stow and go areas keeps the floor area clean so the kids don't trip over stuff when we make pit stops on long road trips. The back has plenty of room for cargo. The seats are leather so they can be easily wiped off. There are plenty of cup holders around the van and plenty of front storage for the accumulation of kids DVDs.
Cons
Sometimes it shifts hard from park to drive. This may be specific to our van because we bought it used.

Unlike some places, I didn't feel pressured by the salesman. He was helpful, patient and explained different finance options clearly. Everyone at the business was friendly. . . and not just when I was looking to purchase! I had to take the car in for minor service last summer. As a woman, I've sometimes felt that car repairmen might take advantage of my lack of knowledge and recommend things to be done that weren't necessary, but that did not happen here. They pointed out some things that will need attention down the road but made a point of saying that those things did not need service today. . . only one item needed replacing. I really appreciated the honesty!

They took their time to help me find a vehicle that would work with my budget, my family, and all of my needs. They didn't swarm the parking lot when I first drove in, which made me feel less pressured. They even gave my kids popcorn and a ride in the Transformers car.
