I have a little red PT Cruiser with 105,000 miles on it. It is one of the best cars I have ever owned in my lifetime. It is fun to drive, and it makes me feel young at heart. It is peppy in power despite only being a four cylinder. It is comfortable and fun to drive. I recently moved from Oregon to Texas and filled my Cruiser with all of my belongings. I did not have any problems at all during the trip. I am confident in my little car and not afraid to drive it anywhere. Even loaded to the gills, it rode smoothly and comfortably. I especially love being able to park it wherever I need to easily. The seats in the back lay down to create a space large enough to carry any furniture or items that I have bought. This was a blessing when moving. When the seats in back are up, there is still ... (more)
Story
I see other PT Cruisers all the time since I got mine, but I have only seen one other red one in our small town. Now, every time we pass each other, we honk and wave like we are old friends.
Pros
My little car is small enough to park anywhere easily. Even parallel parking is easy because I can see out of all of the windows. There are no blind spots. The engine has a lot of pick up even for a four cylinder and the case mileage is superb.
Cons
My one gripe about my Cruiser is that the turning radius is quite large for such a little car. I have to leave an exceptionally large circle of space in order to do a U-turn.

I love how modern it is. There is a lot of space and organized storage areas. It drives smoothly and I really like that I get an alert when my tires are low on air (i never checked things like that before).
Story
I went on a road trip with my family to new orleans in the summer. Outside was humid and hot but in the car it felt good. New orleans has a lot of rain and bridges and I was so worried about not being able to see and sliding around in the water but my little blue cruiser made it through no problem. I have moved to two different apartments and best part- my great dane hasn't out grown the backs... (more)
Pros
When I first got the car, I unwillingly had to take a road trip from San Antonio to New Orleans. The trip was the first time I had really driven more than a few miles. Because of my past with vehicles, I have a hard time putting that much trust in a car but it was really reliable and very comfortable. Cruise control, super cool ac and heated seats. It made what was a stressful trip to New Orleans, calm and relaxed.
Cons
There aren't a lot of negatives that I've encountered that was the vehicles fault. The dealership that sold me the car put a ripped up spare in the trunk and the battery was on its last leg but that's just the dealership. As long as you keep up with the maintenance its perfect. My only complaint is the super annoying seat belt alarm. Just driving 5 mph in a parking lot and my car is yelling at me.
