2008 Chrysler Pacifica - Big Blue gets the job done.
We called the Pacifica "The Big Blue". It's our everyday SUV that has gotten the job done, and them some. From spacious area to comfortable seating arrangement, the Chrysler Pacifica has everything you would imagine to be in a typical SUV. However, it also has some of the not so great features that come standard in a SUV. It got the job done, to say the least.
Story
When I first got the car I had many fun memories. My friends and I would drive the car down to the beach and open the windows and just listen to the sound of the ocean as we talked about events in our lives that have recently happened.
Pros
For one, the Pacifica has ample room for everyone in the family. It can comfortably seat 6, along with the option to easily lower seats to make room for groceries and moving large objects from point A to point B. In doing so, the Pacifica also has a lot of torque and power for it's size. When needed to, the SUV can rapidly increase it's speed.
Cons
Of course, one of the things that comes with every SUV is it's lack of miles per gallon efficiency. In a standard day, the car could lose up to a quarter tank just by driving to and from work (about 15 miles). I estimated that the car had around 21 miles highway, and even less in the city. One of the other cons about the vehicle was the poor turning radius, however, it is a fairly big car, so that was to be expected.
