2007 Chrysler 300 - Bold and beautiful
The first time I saw this car rolling down the road I knew I had to have one. It was classy yet strong looking at the same time. I choose the silver color with a dark window tint, very sharp. The seats are a cream colored leather, and rather comfortable. The inside of the vehicle as well as the trunk are very spacious, I managed to pack a family of 4 plus all the luggage between the two and still had room to spare! The gas mile is decent for the year, about 27 miles to the gallon highway. I was skeptical about purchasing this vehicle as it is a rear wheel drive and I live in northern Michigan, snow country. I bought a good pair of snow tires, and made a 50 mile trek through some of the harshest conditions and always made it to my destination safely. There are a few things that caught m... (more)
Story
I have often plowed snow on the road first thing in the morning with the front end. It is hard being the first one on the road.
Pros
The handling of this car amazes me. I feel in total control at all times. The car is absolutely beautiful, stylish , comfortable, and spacious at a reasonable price. I really enjoy the easy access to affordable parts, believe it or not this is an economical luxury car.
Cons
The assembly of the vehicle needed to be tighter, original parts on the car ware fast. The factory paint job is poor, rust spots. The moon roof also leaks if you do not push up on it once it is closed to make sure it is sealed.
2007 Chrysler 300 - Impressive style and power
I have over 100,000 miles on it and it drives and looks like new. No one ever believes its 12 years old. The stereo system is superb; I canÕt believe the high quality of the speakers. The car has a V8 engine, so I have the power needed to quickly get up to speed when entering the freeway. The inside looks and feels luxurious, and the large trunk can squeeze in everything needed for a Boy Scout Troop weekÕs campout.
Story
I had an acquaintance ask me at an event why I had hired a limo to arrive in. Not wanting to embarrass her with her misidentification, I just told her I loved riding in it.
Pros
IÕve had sun roofs on previous cars and had conflicted feelings about them. I liked looking up and seeing out, but I didnÕt like when the kids opened the window and my long hair blew all over, especially in my face. So when I saw this sun roof, I was majorly excited. It doesnÕt open so I donÕt have to worry about being blinded by my hair. I also like the fact that the rear seat has air conditioning vents to keep folks cool.
Cons
The only negative thing I can say about it is the atrocious gas mileage. I would put in $25 of gas for a month and four times go into town, which is three miles away. Four trips of six miles equals 24 miles a month. To go any farther, I would have to put in more gas.
