2006 Chevrolet TrailBlazer - Comfort that's more than meets the eye!

Gainesville, Florida
Fuel Economy
As a previous owner of the 2004 Chevy Trailblazer, my experience was fantastic. So when I was in the market of another vehicle my first instinct was to purchase another one. Aside from the comfort, my Trailblazer is attractive and stylish. Living in a rural area where majority of the roads are not paved, the truck maneuvered with excellence. The general and routine maintenance is very easy for the at home mechanic as well as the replacement parts being cost effective. Another aspect that is very pleasing is the gas mileage. With gas being almost $4.00 a gallon, it takes about $50 dollars to fill it up. Since I am a short person making sure that I can see everything is difficult in most vehicles. T... (more)

When this happens, the key gets stuck in the ignition. The only way to make sure the battery doesn't drain is to disconnect it. It is wise to have a spare key in case this happens. After visiting several repair shops and even the dealer, nothing really can be done. The only solution is to completely change out the ignition lock cylinder to which is expensive. As an at home mechanic with intermediate knowledge, ... (more)
