The vehicle is a good work vehicle. It is big and it lasts for a very long time. It never broke down and I had it for many years and was not the first owner. It has a lot of torque. A person can hook something up to tow easily and it tows just about anything with great ease. It was a standard vehicle.
Pros
It allows you to haul bigger items. The seats fold down to allow more room and it is pretty spacey in the interior up front as well as the back. Four adults or four adults and one child could fit comfortable in this vehicle. It has a luggage rack and it is four wheel drive. The vehicle never got stuck in anything I went through and it looked good in mud.
Cons
It is not a nice looking vehicle on the outside or inside. It is very boxy and not very stylish. It does not get very good gas mileage and it seems like I was always having to fill up the tank and that is not good with the way gas prices are today. It is a good work truck because it is roomy but it would only make an okay family vehicle. It does not run very smoothly.

I love my Trailblazer so much! It's fairly old, with about 150,000 miles on it, but it runs amazingly. It is the perfect size for me; big enough that I don't feel I'm going to die in a small collision, but not so big that I feel unable to drive it. As with any Chevy I've ever experienced, the headlights will go out sometimes. Overall though, this is a fantastic vehicle that has given me very few problems.
Story
Off-roading, trying to get to a special hidden area for camping in Colorado! It took a couple of hours of slow driving over sharp rocks and hills, but the Trailblazer got us there just fine!
Pros
As I mentioned above, the size is perfect for my tastes. It is too for my 6' 5" boyfriend; as some tall people may know, it is often difficult to fit into vehicles. However, my guy fits in there almost perfectly; his hair grazes the ceiling, but he says he is far more comfortable in this vehicle than in all the others he has driven. My Trailblazer gives me very few problems overall, which is wonderful considering it is 14 years old with 150,000 miles on it. We have even taken it off-roading once, over tons of sharp gravel and decently-sized rocks, and it performed like a champ!
Cons
The heat has stopped working on one side of the vehicle, and I'm not sure as to why. We've once had an ignition coil give out, but it was easily replaced at home and didn't cause a large problem. There really aren't any cons I can think of, otherwise.
