2012 Chevrolet Sonic - A comfortable ride
I enjoy the maneuverability and handling of the vehicle. It is an easy ride on the road and a very smooth ride. Wonderful gas mileage, especially for someone like me who takes long trips up and down California. The sound system could be better but it's still not bad. If you wanted to replace the stock sound system, I suggest Bose system as a good recommendation with this vehicle. The space can seem cozy if you have a full group of passengers, but other than that the space and size of the vehicle works out fine for someone like me. All in all, a four-star ride!
Story
I drove it on the Santa Cruz mountains and the maneuverability felt like a video game.
Pros
The gas mileage is great for the long hauls on the road. I usually have to fill up my tank once on my way from Oakland, CA, to Bakersfield, CA, (of course, starting with a full tank). I enjoy the handling more than any of my other vehicles I have driven. I enjoy the exterior design being more conservative and not too flashy since I'm usually trying to draw the least attention possible. It still has enough style externally and internally where I still feel pretty good as the owner. Cons
I don't like the interior size for fitting a full set of passengers in the car; it's a tight fit. I also don't like the audio/ sound system due regarding the highest volume still sounds very faint to the ear. If you're someone who takes long road trips for work, like me, you want a good sound system. I would like to upgrade it one day, but I know it will cost a lot, and I don't want the installers causing any electrical issues.
