2000 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD - Awesome truck
I love my Chevy Silverado truck. It has great power and just keeps going and going, like the energizer bunny. It is a high quality used truck with little to no problems. It is older but the style still looks good and contemporary. It is 14 years old but it's still a beast! I enjoy driving it because I'm not scared to run over things. This vehicle is a lot of fun, helps out around the farm picking up horse feed and supplies, and also fun to take out on the trails.

Pros
I'm petite, only 5'4, but I love how big the truck is while still being manageable for myself to drive and get in and out of with no problems. It has awesome power and runs great. It is heavy duty and handles anything I can throw at it or in it. It can haul just about anything with the extra towing packages on it as well. The 4 wheel drive helps a bunch too! The seats are pretty comfortable for short to normal distance driving, anything longer and I need some extra support.
Cons
Its a bit of a gas hog but nothing too bad. I was actually pretty surprised at the gas mileage but it could be better considering I am used to a little Toyota Car that gets close to 40mpg. Considering other trucks and cars though it does all right. I do wish it had more room in the cab, a backseat or more room to adjust the seats. They are pretty straight up and down and can get uncomfortable on a long drive.
2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD - Great American-made truck.
If you're always pulling trailers, weekend camping, or taking the boat out, this is the truck for you. Everything I've put behind this truck, it pulls with ease. The leather trim makes a comfortable ride. It seems as if Chevrolet really knocked the design out of the park. My truck currently has 207,000 trouble-free miles, and I expect another two-hundred-thousand miles before I decide to upgrade to a newer generation Duramax. You just can't go wrong with the power and reliability of a Chevrolet product.

Pulling my boat to the lake and having the power to pull It out unlike the Ford owners who didn't have enough.
Pros
The LB7 Duramax diesel has the power to pull anything you put behind it all while keeping fuel economy at 20 mpg highway, which is fantastic for an 8,000-pound truck. The independent front suspension makes it seem as if you're riding on a cloud no matter the terrain your on. The exterior looks fantastic with sharp body lines and an aggressive front end. With chrome bumpers, it really makes it shine. I personally enjoy the electronic four-wheel drive, as I don't have to shift it in, and the hubs lock automatically.
Cons
The negative about the vehicle is the original injectors tend to have problems with water getting in them and then rusting them out. I installed an aftermarket lift pump to keep this from happening.
