This truck was purchased used from a local dealer. It had 90,000 miles on it at the time of purchase. I have owned it for three years now, and I drove it an additional 40,000 miles. I have never had one issue with this truck since owning it. It is black, which looks sleek, especially when cleaned. It has a lot of bells and whistles. My favorite of which being the adjustable pedals so that my husband and I can alternate between who is driving and what is comfortable for each of us. In the 40,000 miles I have driven it, it is a smooth ride with no rattles, shakes or noise from under the hood. We have driven it on both long trips and short, and it is always a comfortable ride.
Story
This vehicle has been used to remove snow for the past two winters and will be used again this year. It has been so much fun and very rewarding to use this vehicle to help others remove the snow from their driveways and parking lots. It may not sound like a lot of fun; but knowing that because of this truck, I am able to help someone out and make a difference is so rewarding!
Pros
This vehicle is not only sleek, it is also safe. I drive my two toddlers around and never worry for their safety. There is a lot of room for car seats and all the gear kids need when traveling. This truck is currently used in the winters for snow removal and has a snowplow attached in the winter months; and even then, it does not slow it down or change its amazing performance. I love all of the compartments for storage and hiding things, the truck bed with liner to haul things around and the overall build and look of the truck.
Cons
The only real con I can think of is that our particular vehicle does not have a back-up camera. It does come with a back-up sensor that alerts you when you are near an object but no actual mirror. I think this would be a nice feature to have especially in a vehicle so tall and large. The mirrors are hard to fold in if needed, such as at a parking lot with narrow spots so automatic folding mirrors would be a neat feature.

2012 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD - Reliable and comfortable.

This is one of the best vehicles I've ever owned. The truck is over 150,000 miles currently and has never had any major issues. It is also a very smooth ride compared to some of the other trucks I've been in. The seats are comfy and do the job. One thing I really enjoy is the Bose speakers. They just sound fantastic and have a nice base but the high notes are still very clear. One addition thing I like about the truck is the amount of storage the truck allows. It's not that it's a lot more than most trucks but it's the perfect amount for me.
Story
One day our area got over five inches of rain. I get a phone call that three of my friends got stuck trying to pull each other out. I took my vehicle down to them and pulled them out easy. It was great because they all own Fords.
Pros
Even though I just listed some of my favorite features my favorite feature is definitely the speakers. As I said before, they are just so clear. The base hits nicely, but isn't too loud and the high notes are crisp. Just overall very solid stock speakers. Another pro is just the overall look of the truck. I feel the outside is very sharp looking.
Cons
While I love the truck there is some cons. I feel that the seats give in quickly. By that I mean the bottom part of the seats lose support and kind of sag down, which doesn't look the best. The other main con is definitely the buttons that control to A/C. They wear out very fast and the decal gives way to some kind of green color which just makes the entire vehicle look a little off.
