I have had this truck for over 11 years. It has gone through snowstorms and 2 hurricanes. It has traveled from the east coast to the west coast 2 times and has traversed copious amounts of off road environments. Yet, it still has held up to the test of time and the elements. At 120,000 miles, this truck still runs strong.
Story
Out in the Georgia backwoods we often took our truck for some good ol' muddin' fun. The truck tore through the brush and mud with ease giving us a thrilling ride!
Pros
My favorite features of this truck would have to be that it can fit comfortably my family of five with plenty of leg run to spare. For being such a large truck I am able to drive and maneuver through traffic with ease. Additionally, rear-view mirrors adjust automatically for reverse of the vehicle.
Cons
If any cons, I would have to say that the speakers constantly fail requiring regular replacements. Additionally, in cold weather, the metal in the hood shrinks, causing it to shake and vibrate is it is driven. The noises go away, however, after the metal warms and expands.

Everything about this truck is starting to go! The 3 speed transmission slips between gears and will stall for no reason. The engine is still pretty good, this truck would have been great in 77! The side opening windows are awesome! Who needs A/C with side windows. The squeaky old bench seat makes you feel like you're driving around on a dirt road in the middle of the city. This short bed/step side is pretty funny looking, it's ok for hauling as long as the wood hasn't rotted out.
Story
Bought this truck to haul scuba gear, works great for hauling tanks and not having to worry about salt water destroying everything. We learned to dive with this truck.
Pros
Fun to drive, good for beating around in, decent motor.
Cons
old, falling apart, transmission needs to be replaced. Bench seat only good for adults.
