2016 Chevrolet Malibu - Awesome car
The Malibu is a great sedan. I have had no mechanical problems; the car has 30k miles on it. The stereo system has Apple CarPlay and also Android CarPlay, which converts to navigation in the vehicle. I also upgraded to an iPhone X recently, and the wireless charging works great. It has the manual/sport gear feature for when you want to drive fast or feel a thrill. ThereÕs a lot of space inside as well as the trunk. I love my car.
Story
I was driving out to the club out of town, and I used the 120v plug in the back for my hair straightener to straighten my hair.
Pros
Pearl paint. The audio system and technology features. Multiple usb plugs. Spacious.
Cons
No sunroof. No leather seats.
2006 Chevrolet Malibu - Too many recalls and issues.
The car was reasonably stylish, but like most Chevy vehicles, I have found it to have poor visibility (It should be noted I am 6'6" tall). The car did, surprisingly, have adequate leg room, although it prevented anyone other than small children from sitting behind me. The biggest issue with the car was the recalls and the "phantom problems" that randomly occurred. The worst was when you turned the wheel at a corner or worse while coming onto a highway/freeway and then aggressively pressed the gas peddle, the car would stall out.
Story
I remember going to the store with my wife and, being Southern Florida, it had started pouring rain from the time we had left the house to the time we got to the store. Rather than get soaked, we stayed in the car and decided to wait it out. While we were waiting, we had one of the best talks since we first started dating...also in that car. Pros
Stylish, adequate interior. Not ashamed to be seen in it. The trunk was roomy and had a lot of storage space. It got decent gas mileage for a 2006 V6. It had a fair amount of leg-room for the driver at least. The auto-lights function and auto-lock/auto-unlock when you changed from park to any gear are also positives.
Cons
The worst was the performance of the engine and the A/C system (southern Florida). Count on taking it to a mechanic at least once a year (in 2017). The visibility for the driver (at my height) was poor and really dangerous. I had to add the additional little mirrors to the side-view mirrors in order to prevent any accidents. The quality of everything, except the interior, is much less than any of the Toyotas I have owned (before and since).

They are very friendly. Extremely knowledgeable. There is a great selection of cars and trucks. even the used section has well kept, great shape cars and trucks. The prices are fair. It is easy to get quick full service help with no problems. They don't push you into a sale they help steer you to what would best fit your needs.
