First, let me preface this by saying I'm a huge Chevy fan to begin with, so that greatly influence my car-buying decision. When I saw the Chevy Malibu with the shiny gold GM logo on both the driver & passenger side doors, I was hooked. I like the modern overall design of the vehicle, and how it drives/handles. The V6 is quite a step up from my old 4 cylinder Cavalier. The seats are adjustable in a few different ways, so it's fairly easy to get comfortable if you play around with the settings a bit. (Could be better, though.) The trunk is huge! My friends like to say you could put a few bodies back there, haha. From the position I keep my seat back from the dash based on my height, there is a bit of a blind spot where the panel for the driver's side door is. If I'm looking left to m... (more)
Story
My car's name is Chase, "because he likes to Chase all the other cars." ;)
Pros
I love the styling of the car. I like how well it handles and how much power it has. It's very fun and easy to drive. It's also very easy to speed without realizing it, lol.
Cons
The car had a clean CarFax report when I purchased it used, but the steering wheel where the Chevy emblem is, is damaged. This makes me wonder if the air bag has been deployed and if it will work in the event of a wreck? Also, the more miles the car gets, the more noises that come with it and it starts sounding like it's falling apart even though it's not "safety/mechanical issues," The air bag light on the passenger side frequently comes on and no one (not even the Chevrolet dealership) can tell me if it will work if I need it. It will cost $600 to have the problem repaired (the sensor ... (more)

This was a vehicle I bought right before I graduated high school. The fuel consumption was very respectable and would get me an average of 33 miles per gallon. I enjoyed that it only took about $30 to fill up the tank when gas was about $1.80 a gallon. I began to use this vehicle for all of my college career. As time went on, several of the plastic comments began to fail. The convenience clip near the windshield broke off right after toughing it on day. It seems infrared heat from the sun had baked the plastic and made it brittle. The visor mirror doors swung loosely since the locking tab that holds the doors broke off. I've replace the catalytic converter 3x. My turning signal switch broke off at the base. One day, smoke began to flow from the stereo and then it failed completely. I'v... (more)
Story
My brother helped me finance the car as a graduation present for graduating high school.
Pros
The vehicle was great on gas and the seats wear comfortable.
Cons
Cheap plastic throughout the entire vehicle. Seems quality control was not a priority for this vehicle. Can become an expensive car to own due to its failures.

This dealership is not great. They do not recognize that customer service doesn't end once the sale is complete. They are a bunch of jerks.
