1988 Chevrolet Malibu - great car
This was a comfortable car, it was the first car we actually bought, that wasn't given to us or we took over payments of, but this was our first car. Very smooth ride. I drove this car from California to Utah to Oregon and it never gave me any problems.
Story
Man, I was flying down the highway, I forget which one, from Oregon to California right near crater lake. I was gunning it over this hill, I was coming down the hill on a turn and right when I came passed a tree I saw a cop standing there with his radar waving me to pull over. I got a ticket for doing 109.
Pros
Spacious seating. It had a lot of room for stretching out. I'm a big dude, 6'3 300 pounds and this car was perfect for me. Lots of space for seating and leg room. It also accelerated quickly and that makes an impression on me. It handled well too. I could take turns pretty quick and maneuver in traffic really well.
Cons
I can't think of anything bad about it. Other than it wasn't as fuel efficient as my Honda. But it was a 6 cylinder car and it did go fast. It had power so I guess it did kinda gobble up fuel pretty fast, but other than that, I have no complaints or things I thought were poor or as a "con"

The staff was very friendly and did not try and pressure me in to something I was not looking for. I gave them the price I was looking to pay, and they gave me the options in that price range.
2006 Chevrolet Malibu - Berge Ford Mesa
Well informed salesmen and a nice selection of cars new and used. Was able to get a car I could afford and did not feel pressured into just buying something I could not afford.
