2004 Chevrolet Malibu - Good reliable car.
I bought my vehicle used with high miles, about 180,000. I haven't had any issues so far with it. It seems to be very reliable. It is maroon in color with an ivory leather interior.
Story
My favorite experience so far is buying it and then taking it home and getting my kids and going for a ride. They love the sunroof.
Pros
It is a perfect size for a family of four. The car has a lot of great amenities such as cruise control, adjustable heat seating, leather interior, and a sun roof. My favorite thing about the vehicle is how spacious the inside and trunk are. It is a quick-starting car. I don't have to wait for it to heat up, etc. The stock stereo is also nice. I like my ability to change the bass and treble to what I prefer.
Cons
Negative things would include a lot of noises when turning the steering wheel. It sounds as if a wheel is going to fall off. A huge con would also be the inability to simply turn off the air conditioning. Mine won't allow me to blow air without having it on. While the basic stereo system is pretty good, it is hard to navigate when changing from CD to stereo. I always accidentally change the frequency. I also am unable to put more than one CD in at a time, even though it is able to hold more than one at a time.
2005 Chevrolet Malibu - Great first car
I originally purchased the car in 2010 and drove it for eight years. It had 70,000 miles on it, and I put 90,000 on it, and itÕs still going! It was low maintenance, and I only ever had to change the oil and tires.
Story
I had the best time driving road trips back and forth to see my mom in another state.
Pros
Great gas mileage and low maintenance!
Cons
It isnÕt a small SUV.
