1998 Chevrolet Malibu - It's been a great car, we have had it in our family for many years.
We bought it pre-owned around 2003. It's been a great car. It is green/blue with a tan interior. It has automatic locks and windows, both still work great. It has 2 AM/FM channels as well as a CD player. It has 5 cup holders which is nice, many cars today don't have as many. The back seats can fold down if needed for transporting larger items, also the back seat can be laid down by pulling the cables in the trunk, which is a good safety feature.

My sister learned to drive in the car. I started driving it in college when my other car die.
Pros
The body of the car is great, it has really stood up to time well.
Cons
We have had to replace few things on the car. When we got the car in 2003 we had to rebuild the engine. We also over time had to replace a couple of the switches. On the driver's side we had to replace the switch for the automatic window/ power lock switch. Also other repairs such as the tire axel had to be fixed, as well as other repairs such as hoses, and belts have been replaced.
1998 Chevrolet Malibu - pretty dependable
Overall it has been a pretty good car. It gets about 25 miles per gallon, which is good considering its a 1998. It performed well over its life time, but I have had some work done. The body of the car has really held up, but I have replaced the engine as well as regular maintenance. The interior is nice, its tan in color, and fabric.

I have had to do maintenance to the car. The engine was replaced as well as some small fixes. I like the power windows and locks, but the windows are slow going up and down and I've had to replace the switch to the power locks and windows.
