2012 Chevrolet Malibu - Comfortable and reliable
My Chevy Malibu is the most reliable car I've ever owned. It's not luxurious by any means, but it's comfortable and it gets the job done. I feel very comfortable transporting my family (including small baby) around in it, and the repairs needed so far have only been regular maintenance. I like the build of the car's body as well as a lot of the features it contains on the interior (and I only have the basic model).
Story
Took a fun road trip with my wife and another couple down to Panama City Beach, Florida. We stopped at a lot of restaurants along the way and had a "foodie vacay."
Pros
Very roomy and spacious. Good features on the dashboard that make life easier. The engine is pretty powerful and gets up to speed quickly, and the cars gets great MPG, especially on the highway where I routinely get 40+.
Cons
It was a little bit expensive for being a basic American car. Other than that, I really like everything about it.
2010 Chevrolet Malibu - Good car for the price
I like the style of the car. It is very user friendly. I have not had any major issues with the car so far. I have had it over five years now, and I have kept up on oil changes and tires and so on. I would say this car is giving me my monies worth.
Story
A fun memory was when I test drove the car. It was my husband and parents, and this car rode the best. My parents were in the backseat and saying, "Wow, this rides nice!"
Pros
My favorite features of this car would be that it is great on gas. It is very low to fill the tank up, and it lasts a long time. It has a large trunk space that can fit all my items. Being a mom with four kids, I need space to store things.
Cons
The only thing I do not like about the car is the oil that I have to use is synthetic oil. This is pricey, and it is called for in this car now. I do not like being told what oil to use.
