2012 Chevrolet Impala - Solid, dependable, American-made sedan
Solid sedan with comfortable seats. Nice generic-looking car with decent horsepower and responsiveness.
Pros
The faux wood grain in the dash makes it look more expensive than it actually was, and it has excellent trunk space. I have no real complaints about the car. It gets great gas mileage (29/34) for a full sized sedan. Steering wheel controls and nice factory sound system.
Cons
The only drawback I've found thus far is that I've had problems with A/C actuators which are a problem with most Chevy vehicles. It's an inelegant design flaw that I hope is rectified in newer models. I would hate to have to buy something other than a Chevy to get away from this! At $55 per part, repairing them perpetually gets expensive.
