2013 Chevrolet Equinox - I love it.
This is a wonderful car. Even though this is a 2013, I couldn't ask for a better one. I will keep this car for a long time.
Story
We headed to the Grand Canyon in Arizona, and all parts west last summer from GA. We drove 2,000 plus miles in 14 days. We enjoyed all 14 days. The car was loaded, and it never failed me with gas mileage. The heat reach 103 every day, and it never overheated one time. It held everything we took and all the things we brought back.
Pros
The body of the automobile is very attractive. I feel it keeps its style and is right up there with the new cars. It gets great gas mileage, 25 mph. It has been dependable and never broken down. It runs well, and I've not had to have it serviced except with the regular oil changes, tire rotation, and normal servicing. It runs smooth and quiet.
Cons
The couple of things that I have issue with are the seats being not comfortable. They are bucket style. They need to be flatter. Also the side mirror. There is a problem seeing upcoming cars.
2013 Chevrolet Equinox - Very Satisfied
I had never owned a Chevrolet and was reluctant to purchase one, but my son assured me this particular model had a good rating. It is a very sound automobile. I just took a road trip and logged over 5,000 miles on it. There was never a problem on the whole trip - no rattles, plenty of room for suitcases and items we took on the trip. It was easy to reach everything we needed to reach over the 14 day trip. Good gas mileage, good air conditioning, stayed cool in over 107 degrees weather. It is a good size car for my family, very attractive inside.
Story
A 14 day road trip where I put 5,000 miles on this car driving in the desert with temperatures of 105 degree plus showed me how dependable this car is. Plenty of room for "rocks" and" cactus" I brought home. There was just myself and a friend. Best time I've ever had on a vacation. I never worried the first time.
Pros
Reliability, size, handling, location of interior knobs.
Cons
I can truly say I have no complaints aside from oil changes being expensive.
