I got my 2015 Chevy Equinox when I needed to upgrade to a bigger family car. The Equinox is great. Roomy back seats for ease of getting babies in and out of car seats. The latch system allows multiple car seats to safely fit in the back seat. The front driver's seat offers lumbar support as well as multiple functions to help find the perfect fit for the driver. The dashboard offers a variety of functions to show how the car is doing and when maintenance may be due. Hands-free Bluetooth allows for safe driving and using the phone for directions or talking. Having OnStar adds peace of mind when driving with a child. Back seats fold down allowing you to put a fully assembled grill in the back and still be able to close the trunk- trust me, I tried it!
Story
Going to home depot to buy a grill, my stepdad wanted to get one pre-assembled to save him time having to put it together. I had my daughter in the back seat in her car seat. The grill didn't fit. I had to call my mom to come get my daughter so we could fold the back seat down. So what saved us time in assembly cost us time in waiting to do a childcare swap!

Spacious family seating, large trunk area, fold down back row, XM radio standard
Cons
Less than ideal gas mileage. Small engine for such a large car.

Overall, this is a great car! I am not sure if it was sold to me with poor brakes, but I have had to replace all four sets of pads. With that being said, this car is super reliable and gets me from point A to point B with no worries. As a dog owner this vehicle has tons of room for my 85 lb. lab. I am also a musician, and the storage in the back can hold tons of equipment, from instruments to sound equipment.
Story
I like to hike mountains and have used this car to travel to many hiking locations throughout the Adirondack State Park in New York.
Pros
Good things about this vehicle are size, storage, and performance. While it is an SUV, I never feel like the vehicle is too big. Every time I drive, it feels like I am just driving a full-size car. Again, the storage space and room in this vehicle are incredible. No matter what activities you're into, this vehicle will allow you to take your equipment with you. Finally, performance. I was nervous buying a four-cylinder SUV, but the drive is fantastic.
Cons
My only issue with this vehicle is how easily it seems to go through brake pads. It could be my driving habits, but I feel as though I go through brake pads at an extremely rapid rate.

I was treated with respect when I visited this dealership. While I did not ultimately purchase here (I found the car I was looking for somewhere else), they treated me like an intelligent person. I didn't feel at any point like they were trying to take advantage of me. Since my visit, my mother DID purchase a car there, and was also happy with the way she was treated. She and I both go there for service.
