I absolutely love this car. It drives so smooth, and I have had no issues since the day I bought this car. I have had it for five years, and I've only had the battery die and just normal maintenance with the car. It drives well, and it's extremely comfortable.
Story
I drove cross country from Michigan to California in this car. And it did me well. I didn't have any issues and got to see so many exciting places.
Pros
My favorite thing about the car is the gas mileage, because once I drove four days cross country and only had to fill up four times, which is amazing for the amount of driving I had to do. It saves a lot of money having such a good gas mileage. I also love the overall look of the car because it's sleek. And there is a large amount of storage space in the truck, which is nice when you have kids. It fits a stroller and still has room for other things.
Cons
My only negative I have about the car is the overall space inside. It's not small when it's just you driving it or if you are taking a drive with friends somewhere. But having kids and being in the car is extremely cramped up. In order to fit a car seat, you have to push the seat completely forward. It's too small to have young children in, especially when you have a huge husband.

This car definitely feels like an affordable luxury car with the leather seats and added features.
Story
A friend and I drove one state over in December for a weekend. We were super cold when we arrived at night and left for our activities during the day. When we got back in the car to go back to where we were staying, we were still frigid, so I turned on the seat heaters without my friend noticing. She eventually did when she asked me cautiously why her butt was getting warm. It was quite funny.
Pros
It is decently comfortable, especially when you are cold and turn on the front heated seats. That is my favorite feature. It does feel a little rough to drive because you feel a lot of the bumps in the road. When you're driving it, it can be nice to have that extra sensitivity because you feel closer to the road. I would say for that reason, the car is probably more comfortable for the driver than it is for passengers.
Cons
The steering wheel is placed so that it is blocking the air vents, and it is nearly impossible to cool your face if you are super hot. Bumpy ride for passengers. Can't take out the head rests. (My mom likes to flip head rests around because they hurt her neck.)

The staff is very knowledgeable and the dealership is very clean. They also have a cool little boutique inside for all Mercedes essential items.
