I bought this car brand new from the lot back in 2009. I remember falling in love with it on first site. It has all the looks and features you could possibly want in a car. The performance is that of a high end sports car and the car takes turns like a champ. I have never had to do any major mechanical work on the car other than your preventative maintenance you would typically expect to perform on a car.
Story
I remember the 2nd day I got it I was driving around town and an older Porsche tried to run it. The look on the drivers face when his Porsche got annihilated by an M3 was priceless.
Pros
The car is very stylish and sleek. It has great performance and handling capabilities. The car can keep up with most higher end sports cars with no issues. The engine is very strong and at 110,xxx hasn't shown any signs of wearing down.
Cons
The price would be the biggest con I can think of. Also, the price if you have to have any mechanical work done on it. I personally haven't had to, but I have been quoted some outrageous numbers from mechanics in my local area just to see what something small would cost. The car is a 2+2 car, but don't try to put people in the back seat. They are pretty much non-existent at this point.

I absolutely love the BMW 335i twin turbo I have because of the excellent reliability. The engine is built to take a pounding. I'm sure the engine will last a very long time. The handling is also excellent, even at high speeds. I would say it is reasonable in terms of gas consumption. On the highway it's great (30-35 miles per gallon) but on the streets it's like half of that. The power on this thing is unreal. I highly recommend this car if you can afford maintenance. Replacing just one headlight will cost over 300 at the BMW shop.
Pros
Like... Very reliable Gas saver on highway Very fast acceleration Excellent handling Very comfortable and safe Awesome stock sound system Great shocks The overall look and design is perfect!!
Cons
Dislike... Gas hog on the streets. Tires waste too fast. Taking it to the shop cost way too much (maintenance).
