1989 BMW 5 Series - Great car, bad condition.
I love this vehicle. As my first car purchase, for $2,800 and contracted repairs it has been great. The only problems with it I've had was that the muffler fell off after I bumped a curb in a tricky parking lot and the transmission randomly died after 2 months of owning it. Other than that, I put over 400 miles on it in one day and it was a dream to drive, even when I was hydroplaning.
Story
I just absolutely love driving it on I-84. Speeding is exceptionally fun to do in it. I gunned it up my mom's hill by her house and it drove like a dream. My mother was impressed with the purchase. I fell in love with it at first sight.
Pros
It's beautiful. It's got power. It smells great. I can smoke out the sun roof. It's classy.
Cons
Falling apart. The condition of the car is shitty. Starter issues. Transmission issues. Generally electric issues.

2001 BMW 5 Series - Ron Tonkin Acura Portland
The sales team, management and all their staff is very knowledgeable, not pushy and have great manners. My credit rating wouldn't qualify in other dealership places, however they worked with various creditors and helped me get approved within just 15 minutes and the whole transaction took less than 1 hour to complete and I drove off in a great car.
