Story
Super friendly service and very fast. They inspected the car and walked me through everything to let me know what needed to be done and why. They told me what needed to be done now and what could wait, which is way better than a dealer saying you HAVE to do everything now. Still they cut me a deal to do everything there and it was super easy.
Pros
To start of with, this car is not value for money. It looks good from the outside but for the money you pay for it, you expect more than exterior looks. Rear seats are uncomfortable...
Cons
Friendly and reasonably priced service! Will most definitely be returning.

I absolutely love my BMW. It is a superb luxury vehicle. I totally love the exterior and interior design of the vehicle. It is a very user friendly car. It has longer leg space and is very safe.
Story
I had a memorable experience with my car when I took my dog for a car ride and opened the sunroof. He thoroughly enjoyed that and also wanted to get out of the roof after seeing my son do the same.
Pros
One of my most favorite feature of the car is that is has nighttime driving feature which helps me to drive safely.
Cons
I feel the price of the car is too high and the trunk is small.

Dealership was very clean with friendly staff. There were free cookies and water and other snacks in the main lobby. I was impressed with the hospitality and the friendliness of the salesmen. I was expecting them to be pushy but they were very open to my concerns and addressed them in an unbiased way.
