The BMW 525i is a fun car to drive. It is sleek and hugs the curves well when put to the test. Use it mainly for short trips and occasional commuting to work. It has very good power given it's v6 engine. I was disappointed to have to replace the battery a few months after I purchased it with 55,000 miles on it. Other than that it has run smoothly. Although the BMW 525i has a large trunk space, I was disappointed to learn that the back seat doesn't fold down to allow for longer objects to fit in the trunk like other cars that I've owned. The iDrive entertainment system is good and easy to use if you're familiar with working on a computer. I did not like the fact that the center console didn't allow for cables/cords to connect to electronics outside of the compartment easily. There were ... (more)
Story
Getting the car from the dealership and driving back to my house for the first time on the highway...Loved the ride!
Pros
Power, Firm suspension, outside design, rain sensing wipers, gas tank size, safety.
Cons
Back seat doesn't fold down No room for cables/cords to connect to electronic devices outside the center console. The ability to add music/data to the internal hard drive via the passenger glove box is not user friendly

I love the way the vehicle looks, its a luxury vehicle, and I added some nice 20 inch rims, it made the vehicle look as if I paid over 10,000 dollars for it even though I got for cheap.
Story
Memorable moment would be driving to my friends house and freaking out he was riding that bad ass ride.
Pros
Positive outlook of this car, when it was working properly it runs very smooth and very fast. It has as lot of power. Also love the interior of the vehicle it has nice smooth leather, you feel like a million bucks when you are riding the BMW. Also the gas mileage was very good, will not spend a lot of money pumping gas and a full tank would last about a week depending on my commute.
Cons
The cons of this vehicle is the replacement part, they are very expensive. I paid over 1,500 on little sensor that needed to be replaced on the vehicle, it also was overheating, the way the cooling system is built is a hassle to get it right. After so many replacement parts even putting a new water pump and thermostat the car kept over heating and now I have to replace the head gasket which is more that 300 dollars plus labor. At this time I already run out of money and thinking of getting rid of this car.

I really enjoy driving my BMW. Though it’s no slouch in town, it’s not a warp-speed car like the Tesla Model S. The controls are simple, intuitive and worry free. Its turning circle is amazing. It basically drives like a luxury high-speed dodgem! Putting your foot to the floor gives a very competent amount of acceleration, and moving from a standing start was sure footed and smooth. The instrument panel for driving is sensible and accessible. It’s full of pointless energy production/consumption stuff that detracts from the dodgem-like simplicity of actually driving the vehicle. BMW. The Ultimate Driving Machine.
Story
Driving 240kph on the Autobahn when I first got it. Totally B*tchin.
Pros
My goodness... It's great on Gas. It's fast. It's leather. It has touch controls. It requires little maintenance. Everything.
Cons
The only con I can think of is.... I can't drive inside the house. 24/7. Seriously. I love this car.
