I love the twin-turbos in the engine that can stabilize high speeds and maintain speeds well, this is especially useful on highways. I dislike the maintenance associated with the vehicle. So far, there have been several small issues to arise that no one seems to be able to diagnose properly and I would like them fixed as soon as possible to prevent any serious damage from potentially occurring. I love being able to drive the car every day I can. Though some small problems have occurred that I have not gotten around to checking yet, the vehicle still runs pretty well.
Story
Rolling back the sun roof and driving to the beach on the nicest day during the summer.
Pros
The automatic lighting and windshield wipers. Tire pressure, oil, and engine check control features. I like the setting where I can set a speed warning to flash anytime I am going over a certain speed limit.
Cons
The brakes can be a bit sensitive at times, the windshield is expensive to fix and was cracked within the first week of purchase. Tire pressure monitor cap was stuck to wheel stem and broke the TPM for very minor damage. So far a whining noise has developed slowly, have not had it properly diagnosed yet.

1999 BMW 3 Series - Car runs great. Almost 200,000 miles and still functions well.

I purchased this car as my first car after graduating high school. I had saved up money my entire life to make the purchase and acquired it after haggling a little for eight thousand dollars. The car has done everything I have expected and needed it to do. It has been in the shop numerous times but still worth while as I have had it for ten years now.
Story
Being that it was a BMW, I had that reputation and all my friends and the girls loved it.
Pros
Favorite features were the leather seats and the heated seats for winter time. The car had space for leg room as well as storing stuff (center compartment etc.) I had tinted the windows and power windows that work well. My car is up to almost 200,000 miles and still runs well! The black model looks great for this particular car.
Cons
Negatives were that since I bought this used I do not truly know how many individuals previously owned this car nor do I know the true accidents behind what I was told. After a few years with the car, I had to begin taking into the shops maybe two–three times a year but nothing too expensive to repair it. Sometimes the power windows are slow and other times they are fast (normal speed).
